Now is always the right time! Well! We have made it to the year 2023. Is there any real reason to celebrate? Actually, there is much to celebrate. Let’s celebrate what we know. What do we know? We know that after day comes night. We know if you travel due East, you will arrive in the West. We know that disease and infirmary will bring debilitating conditions to the body if we do not change and modify our life style and diets. To this end, we must, we can, we will celebrate the Knowledge of How to pivot and make change, to wit, so that we can start living again.

How do we celebrate this knowledge? We must first Rejoice and be exceedingly glad that the Truth has come to our attention. The truth has come to our door step. We must exhibit happiness by accepting the realization that there is a solution to our problems of illnesses. We must celebrate by imposing optimal solutions to our pressing emergency. That is: how do I get better by altering the diet. Repair the body by giving it the nutrients that it requires to fix or mend an area that needs rebuilding. It is very important that we understand what must be done to effectively bring the body back into its proper alignment.

There is an aggressive behavior that we must adopt and exhibit, Now, instead of the notion that a force outside of ourselves will take care of us and make everything alright. Wellness and Vitality Mean Lifestyle Changes

Everyone wishes to feel good. How does one achieve that good feeling? The blueprint has been etched in stone. The simple fact is the Grand Designer of the physical form has delivered all of the components, on Earth, that are needed to live a healthy and fruitful life.

First, drink water. Water covers the Earth, our home planet, approximately seventy-five percent. The physical form is also about seventy-five percent water. Yes, water is very important. All of the cells in the body need water to do their respective work. The formula for taking in water is straight forward. Whatever your weight, drink in ounces: your weight/2. I weigh 162 pounds. 162/2=81. Therefore, I drink 81 ounces of water each day.

Second, eat as much raw fruits and vegetables as you can tolerate. Fresh fruits and vegetables in salads will assist the body greatly. Fruits and vegetables are water based. Hence, the body will utilize water to create an optimum environment.

Third, eliminate the sugar from your diet. The greatest enemy of the body is sugar. When you view a packaged product, look at the ingredient list. Consider the amount of sugar listed in that packaged product. Consider this formula: four grams equals one teaspoon. It is unacceptable for the body to ingest a product containing twenty-four grams of sugar when a serving size is one cup. This means six teaspoons of sugar is in one cup. (experiment: with a teaspoon, measure six spoonfuls of sugar into a cup with no liquid in it.) That, my friend, is a lot of sugar. Now, when you are at the supermarket, notice how much sugar is in a can of coca cola. Notice how much sugar is in a bottle of Arizona beverage. Notice how much sugar is in your favorite container of Orange Juice or Canned Pineapple Juice. There is too much sugar in these products for human consumption While you are at the supermarket, check the sugar content of cakes, pies, and cookies.

The greatest enemy of the body is sugar. The sugar is derived from Cane, Beets, Corn, et.al. Consider this, there is a sugar product that is chemically made that is sweeter than sugar. It is called High Fructose Corn Syrup. HFCS is a man made manufactured product that is derived from corn. It is cheaper than sugar. The list of artificial sugars is huge and growing. There is an abundance of sweeteners that manufacturers use in various applications that harm the body. When you review the ingredient label on a packaged product and you see Aspartame (Equal, Nutrasweet, Natra Taste Blue), Sucralose ( Splenda), Acesulfame – K (ACE K, Sunette, Equal Spoonful, Sweet One, Sweet’N Safe), Saccharin ( Sweet N Low, Sweet Twin), Xylitol and Sorbitol Do Not put any of these products in your mouth. This group of sweeteners is perhaps the worst artificial sweeteners and yet, they are used in over one thousand one hundred products.

Furthermore, Google and check the ingredient labels for the following: Alitame, Cyclamate, Dulcin (which is two hundred fifty times sweeter than sugar), Glucin, Kaltame, Mogrosides, Neotame, Nutrinova and Phenlalanine. It is important to note that artificial sweeteners will be hidden in toothpaste mouthwash, children’s chewable vitamins, cough syrup, liquid medicines, chewing gum, no-calorie waters and no-calorie drinks. Artificial sweeteners will also be hidden in alcoholic beverages, salad dressings, frozen yogurts, frozen desserts, candies, baked goods, breakfast cereals, processed snacks, “lite” or diet fruit juices, beverages prepared meats and nicotine gum. Tremendous damage is done to the body when we feed it artificial sugars, cane sugar, beet sugar, corn syrup aka natural sugars.

Maple syrup is sweet. Right? Pancake syrup is sweet. Right? Honey is sweet. Yes? Agave is sweet, too. Yes? These products are also too sweet for the body. They are too sweet for human consumption. One hundred million people are diabetic or prediabetic. When the body has consumed a very high amount of sugar, the hunger hormone, ghrelin, is not capable of telling the brain that the stomach is full. Thus, one eats and eats and eats. Finally, please discontinue the use of any product that has artificial color and or artificial flavor in the ingredient list; although, many food manufacturers in the industry have begun to use ingredients that are artificial but are designated F D & C Blue #1 or F D & C Blue #2 or F D & C Green #3 These are actually Brilliant Blue, Indigotine, and Fast Green respectively. All food color is suspected of causing hyperactivity in children. These colorings are dyes and will eventually cause physical damage. There are hundreds of artificial colors that taint our food supply. From meats to nuts, we must exercise caution when choosing a food stuff product. It is very safe to eat all natural fruits, vegetables, juices from fresh produce and water. Beware of the M & M’s, Fruit Loops, Lollipops, Orange soda, Grape soda and donuts.
